Job summary

CloudFactory is seeking a Construction Reality Capture Technician to operate 360° cameras across large-scale construction sites in and around Turkey, TX. The role emphasizes precision, reliability, and strict adherence to a technical brief while performing outdoor fieldwork in all weather conditions.

You will walk 20,000+ steps per day in PPE, on a fixed schedule, with pay of $20 per hour. OSHA 10 certification is required; reimbursement for training and boots is provided.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is required or commitment to completing before start date.
• Ability to walk long hours outdoors in varying weather.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for fixed schedule days.
• Valid driving license and reliable personal transport to reach sites.
• Strong safety mindset and proactive communication on site.
• Experience with site safety protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360° cameras to systematically document construction sites.
• Follow prescribed capture briefs, angles, and sequencing.
• Walk the site each capture day, often 20,000+ steps on uneven terrain.
• Wear and maintain full PPE at all times (hard hat, steel-toed boots, high-vis).
• Communicate daily progress and flag safety issues to the Project Team.
• Adapt to site-specific safety protocols and client requirements.
• Handle and care for equipment responsibly.
