Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking an Optimization Tech to analyze real-time data via SCADA, optimize well performance, and support field operations across producing wells.

The position requires collaboration with engineers, foremen, and lease operators, plus handling maintenance tasks and production optimization responsibilities while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or higher; commensurate work experience accepted.
• Minimum 7 years in E&P operations, specializing in Lease Operations, Process Optimization, Equipment Ops and Repair.
• Strong communication, results orientation, and digital literacy are required.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and optimization using SCADA to support informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Foremen, and Lease Operators to optimize well performance.
• Manage minor subsurface well maintenance and perform dynamometer tests, fluid shots, and FBHP surveys as needed.
• Provide field operations expertise in artificial lift, surface facilities, and time management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards and drive cost/efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement SOPs for maintenance processes.
