Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks a Real Time Operations Engineer to provide advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis, and technical leadership for renewable asset operations. You will work with OCC and OT teams to drive asset optimization and real-time issue resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in field engineering/operations with a strong background in SCADA, monitoring, and data analysis, and offers growth through training and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in field engineering, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience with renewable energy operations and O&M is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for OCC renewable asset operations.
• Lead complex troubleshooting for inverter and power conversion systems, networks, and plant control.
• Develop and maintain advanced technical reports on asset performance.
• Monitor KPIs and create dashboards for operational visibility.
• Lead technical discussions with OEMs and service providers.
