Job summary

CAE USA, Defense & Security invites applications for an exceptional engineering development internship to create and improve real-time weapon simulations for training and analysis. You will join a diverse team, applying CS concepts and modeling techniques to deliver executable simulation solutions in a fast-paced setting.

As an intern, you’ll work on design, development, testing and integration of weapon simulations, with opportunities for growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/SE or related field.
• Programming or software development experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission critical environment.
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Learn from a diverse and driven team of skilled engineers.
• Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis concepts and principles.
• Create new weapon simulation solutions using modeling techniques.
• Design, develop, code, integrate and test Weapon simulation solutions to meet system requirements.
• Maintain, upgrade, and improve existing Weapon simulations.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Develop software test procedures, software programs and related documentation.
• Utilize modeling tools to conduct experimental tests and evaluate data.
• Perform integration and configuration of weapon simulations.
