You will work closely with enterprise clients, enabling them to deploy and scale voice solutions that integrate seamlessly into their operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Solution Architecture and a passion for voice technology.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Solution Architecture, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of voice stack technologies and systems integration.
• Ability to build credibility with contact centre leaders and IT architects.

• Lead Technical Discovery and Validation for DeepL Voice use cases.
• Advise on scalable, real‑time voice AI architectures.
• Enable Partners to deploy and integrate voice AI solutions globally.
• Bring structured feedback to product and engineering teams.
