FlightSafety International is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to manage system administration and security compliance for visual simulation systems. The role interfaces with real time image generation, visual environments, display operation, and measurement.

You will work across hardware-software integration from design to end user support in an agile, multidisciplinary team. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, an active Secret security clearance or

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or other technical field.
6 years of combined education and experience are required.
Existing or ability to obtain an active Security clearance (Secret).
CompTIA Security+ 701 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Occasional travel may be required.

Mansioni

Select, test, and integrate computer system hardware components supporting real time Image Generator (IG) systems.
Develop, document, and deploy installation, upgrade, and systems administration procedures.
Ensure proper IG performance through validation and testing of OS, drivers, and updates.
Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team and support end users.
Proactively inform management of status, issues, and risks.
Audit IG systems for compliance with standards and DoD requirements.
Oversee IA / Cybersecurity and liaise with customers for DoD devices, including obtaining and sustaining ATO.
Recommend IT security enhancements based on current standards and emerging threats.
