Eventual is building a next-generation Physical AI data platform in San Francisco. You will engineer the multimodal backend, shipping features used by customers and collaborating in a tight-knit team that values clear communication and cross-functional work.

We seek engineers who can scope and solve challenging technical problems with autonomy. Join a fast-growing startup focusing on real-time video infrastructure, robotics telemetry, and AI-native data workflows; 4 days/week in our SF Mission

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and implement high-performance real-time systems.
• Strong knowledge of Rust, C++, Python, or Go.
• Experience with video, robotics, or distributed storage pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build real-time video streaming infrastructure using WebRTC.
• Scale video ingest and storage for petabyte-scale data.
• Develop spatial data pipelines for LiDAR and depth data.
• Ingest high-frequency telemetry from robot fleets.
• Ensure sensor-to-video synchronization across feeds.
• Create data-exploration and AI-native workflows.
