Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking a Software Developer for its DNA Team to build real-time data processing systems that normalize and distribute trading data. You will work across front- and back-office teams to create high-availability components and real-time trade reconciliation capabilities.

You will participate in design, development, and deployment across the SDLC, with emphasis on object-oriented .NET, messaging middleware, SQL databases, and data modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or closely related STEM discipline.
• Design and development experience using object-oriented programming in .Net technologies
• Experience with message-oriented middleware such as ActiveMQ or Kafka
• Strong SQL knowledge and database familiarity (ADO.NET/ODBC/ODP.NET)
• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience across the SDLC, UML, agile methods, automated builds, testing, and source control
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, and implementation of large, high-performance applications processing big data with low latency
• Build mission-critical processes with high availability and fault tolerance
• Engage in all SDLC phases with emphasis on domain modeling and data modeling
• Provide technical direction and support for team applications and tools
