Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) is seeking a Signal Processing Engineer to join our Auburn, AL or Aberdeen, MD team on-site. You will develop and integrate real-time signal processing capabilities to support Army and Joint warfighting functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real-time processing of signals, an understanding of electromagnetics and RF concepts, and proficiency in C++ or Rust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• Demonstrable experience in signal processing, with a strong focus on real-time processing of signals and waveforms.
• Proficiency in real-time programming languages such as C++ or Rust.
• Thorough understanding of electromagnetics, antennas, communications, and RF concepts.

Responsibilities

• Developing software to ingest and process IQ, PSD, and other data streams in real time.
• Implementing techniques and algorithms that deconstruct, classify, or extract information from data streams.
• Developing visuals that communicate signal processing outputs to end users.
• Working with a software team to improve implementation efficiency.
• Supporting and running tests to validate integrations at IS4S sites.
