Becklar is hiring a Security Operations Specialist in Ogden, UT. Under supervision, you will protect clients through proactive video monitoring, real-time intervention, and proper escalation to law enforcement. The role focuses on risk assessment, accuracy, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months call-center or video monitoring experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded video feeds to identify events.
• Proactively intervene through audio talk-downs and response procedures.
• Process alarms accurately and efficiently while meeting SLAs.
• Assess risk and determine appropriate escalation actions.
• Communicate clearly with customers, guards, and law enforcement.
• Document incidents thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain situational awareness during high activity.
