Qualifications

• BS/MS or higher in CS, Robotics, CE or related field.
• 3+ years of production-quality C++ experience.
• Experience with ROS2 and custom messaging.
• Strong Linux profiling and latency optimization skills.
• Experience deploying ML models on edge devices.

Responsibilities

• Profile and optimize data flows to minimize end-to-end latencies.
• Design logging/monitoring frameworks for rapid debugging.
• Develop testing suites and validation pipelines for robot health.
• Design experiments for system identification to refine models.
• Build deployment tooling for ML and streamlined prototyping.
• Write production-grade C++ and Python tooling.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and scale software architecture.
• Design safety functions compatible with ML models.
