Job summary

SeAH Steel USA, LLC is seeking a QA/QC Auditor for our Houston, TX facility. The role focuses on auditing processes to ensure products meet internal procedures and specifications, with real-time feedback to the team.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in ERW manufacturing, heat treatment, or OCTG quality, plus knowledge of API/Q1/ISO/ASTM standards and NDT certifications; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in ERW manufacturing/heat treat/quality for OCTG threading
• Knowledge of API, Q1, ISO, 5CT, 5L, ASTM specs
• NDT Certification (EMI, MP, UT, PT) preferred

Responsibilities

• Daily audit applicable processes and provide real time feedback
• Monitor processes and products to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Reporting and instigating Non-conformances and Corrective actions
• Provide training to employees
• Ensure calibration frequency for equipment
• Investigations for quality complaints, deviations, and product failures
• Third party auditing if applicable
• Other duties as assigned
