Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 60 hours from an accredited college/university plus two years related experience or two years in emergency services, military, security, IT, CCTV, data analysis, dispatch or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Class D Oklahoma driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate devices to identify priority RTIC calls and monitor CAD screens and video assets.
• Monitor live camera feeds and data sources to support public safety responses.
• Collect and organize information from multiple sources into actionable intelligence for field personnel.
• Follow agency protocols and train others on RTIC operations.
• Work varied shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
