Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing high-performance distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17) including multithreading and memory model expertise
• Experience with high message-rate or high-bandwidth systems
• Proven ability to design fault-tolerant, highly available systems
• Strong experience with relational database design and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking and protocols (TCP/IP, UDP)
• Experience with debugging and observability tools such as GDB, Wireshark and tcpdump
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams

• Architecting and implementing reliable, fault-tolerant messaging systems and data pipelines
