Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide real time chart documentation for physicians with accuracy and efficiency.
• Record patient history and diagnoses in the EHR as relayed by patient/physician.
• Determine pertinent exam specifics to record in the EHR.
• Place orders in the EHR for diagnostic testing and prescriptions as indicated.
• Record diagnostic and pathology results into the chart as directed by physician.
• Outline the physician’s impression and prepare follow-up care plan.
• Assist patients and answer questions as appropriate.
• Complete MIPS criteria during patient exams.
