Job summary

Corvid-Technologies-LL, located in Langtree, North Carolina, is looking for a Hardware in the Loop and Embedded Engineer to enhance their Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) department. This role requires expertise in modeling and simulation of fast-moving aerodynamic vehicles as well as HIL systems expansion, integrating flight hardware.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in embedded systems with proficiency in C++, Python, and Linux. Additionally, they will be engaged in verification and validation activities while working on cutting-edge aerospace challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering or experience with HIL development and testing.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Python, Linux, and Git version control.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems and familiarity with modeling and simulation of aerospace vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Modeling and simulation of high-speed aerodynamic vehicles in real-time computation.
• HIL development and maintenance to integrate new GNC hardware units.
• Collaboration with GNC algorithm developers for verification and validation.
