You will geosteer horizontal wells in real time, applying diverse tools and collaborating with geologists, drilling engineers, reservoir engineers, and mud loggers to influence planned and executed wellbore placement. This role interfaces with field personnel during operations, requires a solid understanding of drilling rigs, directional drilling, mud logging, and real-time subsurface interpretation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience geosteering horizontal wells is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of drilling rig operations and mud logging is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Geosteering horizontal wells in real time to optimize wellbore placement.
• Interpret subsurface data and provide real-time technical analysis.
• Collaborate with geologists, drilling engineers, reservoir engineers, and mud loggers.
