Job summary

Solugenix is seeking a LexisNexis FircoSoft Engineer – Real-Time Screening (v6.12.3) for a 12+ month contract in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

You will implement, configure, and optimize the Fircosoft suite (primarily Firco Continuity) within enterprise banking systems, ensuring high availability and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities span production support, monitoring, and collaboration with AML, Compliance, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Firco Continuity (mandatory).
Familiar with Fircosoft Suite (Trust, WLM – preferred).
Knowledge of payments, messaging, databases, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools.
Linux scripting and experience with monitoring/alerting tools.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end production support (24x7) for Fircosoft applications.
Act as Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting escalations from Level 1.
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendor for resolution.
Monitor application health, queues, and processing flows (MQ, Kafka, batch jobs).
Support sanctions screening and transaction processing for wires and payments.
Configure and maintain sanctions/watch lists and filtering parameters.
Manage deployments, upgrades, and patching; participate in production readiness.
Collaborate with AML/Sanctions, Compliance, and cloud/infrastructure teams.
