The ideal candidate has strong expertise in sanctions screening and Fircosoft applications, along with excellent communication skills. This position involves multitasking on high-priority projects while providing solutions to mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementing technologies to service business needs.
• Hands-on experience with sanctions screening and Fircosoft applications.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement code/configuration for Fircosoft applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate pro-actively with business users and stakeholders.
