Cobb is hiring for Real Time Feed Conversion operations in Rose, Oklahoma. The role covers maintaining and operating feed conversion machinery, caring for birds, and supporting daily production tasks on the first shift.

The job involves strict biosecurity, safety protocols, and shift flexibility to meet production needs. Starting pay is $18.45 per hour with additional differential for evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months.
• Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days and a rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

• Weighing, placing and removing birds from RTFCR and preparing FCR units for data collection, feed usage and operation.
• Inspecting birds for illness and treating according to instructions; euthanizing weak/ill birds per policy.
• Monitoring ventilation and light; cleaning waterers and pens; maintaining biosecurity.
• Repairing pens or equipment; vaccinating and isolating birds when needed for disease control.
• Recording data such as line, bird weight, medications, feed/water intake and mortality.
