Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Real Time Feed Conversion worker for Cobb at Three Springs Farm in Rose, OK. The role requires handling live birds, monitoring feed conversion equipment, and maintaining sanitary conditions in a biosecure environment.

You will weigh and inspect birds daily, record data, and assist with preventative maintenance. This position offers benefits from day one and a competitive hourly wage with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no long employment gaps in the past 36 months.
• Must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, place, and remove birds from Real Time Feed Conversion houses and ensure accurate data collection.
• Inspect birds for quality and progress; observe illness signs and follow instructions for treatment or culling.
• Maintain biosecurity by following showering, clothing and PPE requirements and cleaning routines.
• Monitor ventilation and lighting; perform routine housekeeping and sanitation of waterers and pens.
• Record data (line, MG, bird weight, medications, feed and water intake, mortality) as instructed.
