Job summary

Cobb is hiring for a position in our poultry processing facility in Oklahoma. The role focuses on cleaning, maintaining Feed Conversion processing machinery, and attending to birds in Real Time Feed Conversion houses.

A health, safety, and biosecurity minded candidate is required to help ensure consistent production and bird welfare. The job involves shift work on a 1st shift with holidays and weekend variations, starting wage $18.00 per hour plus additional shift differentials for evenings,

Qualifications

Must have at least 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

Cleaning, storing, reassembling, testing and maintaining Feed Conversion processing machinery.
Operating equipment during processing and making required adjustments; performing preventative maintenance.
Attending to and caring for birds in Real Time Feed Conversion houses; inspecting birds for quality and progress.
