Job summary

Cobb is hiring for a data-collection role in our poultry operation in the United States. The position collects data in feed conversion houses and a dissection laboratory, using scales, tablets, and other instruments, with duties including weighing birds, recording feed, and processing specimens.

Schedule is Wed-Sat from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a biosecure environment and potential for overtime. Prior poultry or production experience is preferred; applicants must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps over 6 months in the past 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Collect Data and Perform House Checklist in poultry houses: weigh chickens, record feed, collect data, dispose of dead birds, clean equipment, setup houses.
• Collect Data within Dissection Laboratory: euthanize birds, dissect, score defects, weigh data entry and disposal of birds.
