Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Real-Time Software Engineering Manager in Farmingdale, NY to lead radar and communication software efforts. You will drive a high-performing team, define technical strategy, and collaborate with hardware, QA, and program management to meet mission requirements.

Required 10+ years in software, 3+ years in leadership, embedded C++ and RTOS expertise, and DoD clearance eligibility. Strong communication and EV(M) competencies are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, CSE, or related field.
10+ years in software engineering with full lifecycle experience.
3+ years in formal leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of ~10 engineers through full lifecycle of radar and comms systems.
Mentor and develop software engineers for performance and growth.
Define and track team performance; implement process improvements.
Develop, execute, monitor software project plans meeting cost/schedule/quality.
Partner with PMs, customers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
Lead software proposal and estimate activities.
