The role emphasizes requirements flow-down, radar signal processing, and high-fidelity simulations using MATLAB, with travel as needed and potential for security clearance involvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's; 6+ years with a master's; or a PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience with Active Electronically Scanned Array technology and design.
• Knowledge of waveform design and signal processing for radar detection and geolocation.
• Proposal development, BOE development, EVMS knowledge a plus.
• Cybersecurity and/or Safety Certification experience a plus; MBSE with Cameo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements flow-down, HW/SW trade studies, system design reviews.
• Support development of radar signal processing algorithms using MATLAB.
• Contribute to high fidelity radar performance simulations considering RF chain and fixed-point processing.
• Work with other engineering disciplines to provide simulated test vectors and analyze results.
• Analyze Flight Test Data and debug system performance in customer environments.
• Coordinate with technical resources to advance radar product capabilities and cost effectiveness.
