Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Data Replication Engineer to manage mission-critical, high-volume data streaming pipelines. You will monitor replication lag, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data integrity across source and target systems.

Responsibilities include configuring end-to-end CDC workflows, managing schema changes, and implementing automated reconciliation. A BS in CS or related field and experience with GoldenGate/InfoSphere/Qlik is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Direct experience with Oracle GoldenGate, IBM InfoSphere CDC, or Qlik Replicate required.
• Strong SQL and scripting skills; experience with large data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Monitoring: monitor replication lag, latency, and throughput bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve replication failures and data mismatches to meet SLAs.
• Perform health checks of log readers, capture processes, and target appliers.
