Job summary

Capgemini seeks a data integration specialist to design, develop, and support Oracle CDC solutions for near real-time data replication across enterprise platforms. You will implement Oracle Goldengate, configure and monitor Debezium CDC pipelines, and ensure data accuracy with high reliability.

Work alongside business, data, and application teams to deliver scalable data integration solutions in a banking domain, while maintaining governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting Oracle CDC solutions.
• Experience with Debezium connectors and scaling CDC pipelines.
• Banking domain data governance and security expertise.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support Oracle CDC solutions for near real-time data replication across enterprise platforms.
• Implement and maintain Oracle Goldengate; configure, monitor and optimize Debezium CDC pipelines.
• Collaborate with business, application and data teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable data integration solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize CDC processes for data accuracy and latency across environments.
• Work with large-volume transactional systems ensuring compliance with data governance, security and regulatory standards in banking.
• Support production deployments, incident management, root cause analysis and performance tuning for Oracle databases and CDC infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and best practices within Agile Scrum teams.
