Everseen is hiring a Data Platform Engineer to design and scale the data layer that powers our vision AI platform across global retailers. You will own pipelines, data modeling, and real-time streaming, working with Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building production data platforms at scale.
• Strong data modeling, performance tuning and cost management.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks; streaming tech (Kafka, Spark, Flink).

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines and platform powering model training, evaluation and real time inference.
• Own data modeling activities to ensure structures align with analytics use cases.
• Design cloud-based data lakehouse solutions and scalable architectures.
• Build streaming, real-time data apps moving event and video-derived data with low latency.
• Model, store and serve large volumes of data on Snowflake and Databricks; maintain reliability and cost awareness.
• Provide clean, well-documented datasets and features for analytics and science teams.
• Own data quality, lineage and observability to catch issues early.
• Optimize storage, compute and query patterns as data volumes grow and cost vary.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and leadership; contribute tooling and standards.
• Evaluate new data/streaming tools for potential adoption.
