Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Criminal Justice or related field or two years in law enforcement or public safety analysis.
• Two years of public safety, multimedia communications, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the MAC video system and other sources to detect incidents in real time and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Organize video evidence and transfer final files for court or investigations.
• Provide timely alerts and testify in court as required.
