Job summary

Attune Neurosciences, Inc. is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to design, implement, and optimize real-time vision algorithms for neurostimulation monitoring systems in our San Francisco, CA office.

You will build robust image and video pipelines, develop pattern recognition models, and collaborate with data scientists, hardware engineers, and neuroscientists to validate models and ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety of vision-based features across clinical and product environments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition with experience designing and deploying vision models in real-time or near real-time systems.
• Background in Computer Science and Data Science, including proficiency in algorithms, data structures, linear algebra, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow and modern software development practices.
• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building production-grade systems, optimizing performance on embedded or edge devices, and working with version control and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms for neurostimulation monitoring systems.
• Develop real-time image and video processing pipelines and robust pattern recognition models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, hardware engineers, and neuroscientists to validate models and ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety of vision-based features.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, code reviews, documentation, and continuous performance improvements.
