Qualifications

• 5+ years in real-time, latency-sensitive trading or financial-services systems.
• Experience with Java and Python in high-throughput environments.
• Understanding of market-making, risk management and regulatory needs.
• Mentorship and code-review experience.

• Design, build, and improve real-time monitoring systems for orders/quotes.
• Automate compliance reporting and adapt controls to regulations.
