Engineers work directly with traders and quantitative researchers to build software powering trading operations in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. You will design, implement, and optimize high-performance trading applications, tackling real-time market data and distributed system challenges while collaborating with developers across the firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience in a finance environment.
• Strong programming skills in C++.
• Experience building multi-threaded and client-server applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and debugging.
• Experience working with both Linux and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance critical trading applications.
• Build high performance systems that support real time market data processing and trading activity.
• Develop scalable, reliable software solutions used across the trading lifecycle.
• Take ownership of projects from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
