You will work on systems critical to CTC's success, with collaboration, flexibility and attention to detail as key attributes. The role emphasizes partnering with tech teams, staying current with features, and driving architectural solutions to business problems.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work individually or in a team
• Pragmatic solutions balancing tactical and strategic needs
• Ability to triage issues and drive to resolution
• Strong knowledge in Java and/or Python; Python baseline if Java strong
• Experience in the financial industry, options experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with other technology teams to reuse services for business partners
• Stay up to date on product features and tech trends
• Collaborate with traders, quants and technologists to drive requirements
• Architect high-performance full-stack solutions for business problems
• Contribute expertise during design and code reviews
