Responsibilities

• Execute paid programs across PPC, Display, Video, Audio, Print, OOH and Social, and optimize live campaigns in real-time
• Obtain inventory availability, cost estimates and/or media kits from partners and platforms
• Manage budgets, timelines and pacing for multiple ad platforms
• Communicate deadlines and creative requirements of the media plan and buy to teams
• Enter media schedules into VladTracker (proprietary) workflow system and Campaign Manager for the traffic of ads
• Assist in resolving media invoices and schedule updates for payment or client billing
