HD Supply is seeking a Workforce Scheduling Specialist to assist in managing day-to-day operations based on plans from Workforce Planning Analysts. You will monitor workloads, process time off requests, answer associate inquiries, and help balance resources to meet service level objectives; support call center reporting and other technologies.

Located in a call center environment, the role coordinates real-time workloads, schedules time off for training, and provides daily reports.

Qualificações

• Previous call center experience.
• Workforce management experience.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates real-time management of workloads and resources for the center.
• Schedules associate time off the phones for training, meetings, and other business purposes.
• Ensures all system coverage is maintained and scheduled.
• Provides daily reports for assigned areas within the contact centers.
• Verifies contingent labor hours and corrects discrepancies.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
