Ginas Tech Jobs in Chicago, IL is seeking a C++ Trade Desk Software Developer to enhance a real-time automated trading system. The role is hybrid; onsite on Monday and Tuesday and one other day. Visa sponsorship is available.

You will work with financial engineering and trading teams to design, implement and support a high-performance trading platform using C++, SQL, Python, and shell scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Expert C++ and OO design skills; familiarity with modern C++, STL, design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Linux environment, multi-threaded programming and distributed computing.
• SQL and relational databases knowledge; complex queries, triggers and functions.
• Ability to write technical documentation and train users in software operations.

Responsibilities

• Work under general direction from senior management.
• Collaborate with financial engineering and trading teams to understand requirements.
• Design and implement complex real-time trading system.
• Provide production system support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
