Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional software development experience is required.
• Strong programming skills in C++ are essential.
• Familiarity with Python and Bash scripting is expected.
• Prior experience with trading systems or financial applications is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-driven, learn quickly, and adapt in a feedback-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop and improve the proprietary trading system across asset classes and geographies.
• Collaborate with traders and quants to implement new trading strategies.
• Understand existing processes and contribute ideas to enhance development, deployment, and operational pipelines.
• Take ownership of key components while working closely with the senior architect.
• Continuously identify areas for performance optimization and system scalability.
