HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled C++ developer to join our high-impact Tactical Systems team in Dahlgren, VA. Our work will be dedicated to design of high-stakes tactical systems where performance and reliability are critical to success.

Design, develop, test, and deploy C++ applications for real-time tactical environments, and implement network-synchronization layers for distributed systems. Requires BS, 3+ years C++, Linux, US citizenship with clearance ability.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, science, or technical discipline is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience with modern C++ and the Standard Library.
• Linux development experience (kernel, build systems, debugging).
• US citizenship with ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy C++ applications for real-time tactical environments.
• Implement network-synchronization layers for distributed systems.
• Support the full software life-cycle from architecture design through onsite integration.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate system requirements into reliable code.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to integrate hardware and software.
