The Trade Desk in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Software Engineer II to develop features for our real-time bidding software. You will design, build, deliver, and own components from inception to production, and drive changes across the bidding infrastructure.

You will collaborate in code reviews, participate in interview processes, and ensure quality through automated tests, metrics, and monitoring. A BS in CS or related field and experience with distributed systems are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in CS or related field required.
• Experience with real-time distributed systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, C, or C++ and modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for and improve the quality of The Trade Desk's real-time bidding software.
• Design, build, deliver, and own full lifecycle development software from inception to production.
• Drive complex changes across bidding infrastructure and collaborate in code reviews.
• Deliver automated tests, metrics, and monitoring to ensure reliability.
