Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer, Battlespace Awareness, to design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats.

You will develop high‑performance software that processes radar data and maintains tracks on dozens to hundreds of targets in real time. You will collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions, optimize performance for latency‑critical environments, and support demonstrations and field tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming in C++ and Python.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance (SCI).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats.
• Develop real‑time software systems that process radar data and track multiple targets.
• Build modeling & simulation environments to validate tracking performance.
• Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions.
• Optimize tracking software for latency‑critical environments.
• Communicate technical concepts and trade‑offs to cross‑functional teams and leadership.
• Participate in customer demonstrations and field tests to ensure deployment success.
