Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union in Grand Rapids, MI invites an undergraduate or graduate student to join as Real-Time Analyst Intern for Winter 2027. The role supports the Workforce Management team by monitoring real-time performance and aligning staffing with member demand, providing visibility into service levels and trends.

You’ll track call volume, schedule adherence, outages, and other factors, helping leaders make data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong coursework.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of customer service or contact center operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time service levels, queues, and performance metrics.
• Identify trends, risks, or service disruptions and report to leadership.
• Support staffing adjustments to meet changing member demand.
• Track adherence, attendance, and schedule variances.
• Assist in analyzing call spikes and outages.
• Provide data and reporting to support real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations leaders.
• Gain experience with forecasting concepts and operational analytics.
