Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with AML/sanctions or financial crime focus.
• Experience reducing false positives and improving screening effectiveness.
• Familiarity with AML regulations and sanctions programs (OFAC, UN, EU, UK).
• Strong requirements writing and translating customer feedback into features.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product lifecycle for AML Screening products from discovery to release management.
• Collaborate with partner managers to identify data sources and integrations.
• Understand customer needs and industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Design and deliver enhancements across the screening platform with engineering and operations.
• Monitor KPIs like accuracy, false positives, throughput, and latency.
