Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions, LLC in Picatinny, NJ seeks a Realty Property Specialist to manage real property data and support accountability within DoD systems. The role requires strong Excel and database skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You will use Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS) and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to input, track, and report real property information, supporting audits and property transactions.

Qualifications

• US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain security clearance.
• High school diploma or higher; knowledge to perform essential duties.
• Three+ years in real property or industrial property management.
• Proficient in MS Word, PPT, Outlook; advanced Excel usage.
• Strong analytical, data manipulation and reporting abilities.
• Effective written and oral communication; able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage real property assets using database applications to maintain accountability.
• Review in-grant/out-grant documents for accuracy related to acreage, rent, terms.
• Prepare planning/staff reports and real property inventory (RPI) for RPAO.
• Enter and track RPI data in GFEBS and RPLANS; process DD Form 1354/DA Form 337.
• Support audits, maintain vouchers, and ensure timely, compliant records.
• Assist with ISR RPMP, space utilization, and Real Property Planning Board briefs.
