Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Realty Property Specialist at Picatinny, NJ, to manage real property assets, process documents, and produce accurate inventory and reports. The role requires experience with property databases and compliance with Army regulations.

The successful candidate will hold US citizenship, be able to obtain a secret clearance, and demonstrate strong Excel and data-analysis skills, with readiness for overtime and physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education required.
• Three or more years’ experience in real property or industrial property management.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain secret security clearance.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and database skills; attention to detail.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage real property assets and maintain accountability using database applications.
• Review real estate documents for accuracy of acreage, rent, term of use, etc.
• Prepare planning and staff reports and real property inventory (RPI) as needed.
• Maintain RPI records and files in accordance with applicable regulations.
