Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Real Estate Land Acquisition professional to support infrastructure projects nationwide. You will review title research, evaluate land values, and coordinate complex transactions with landowners. This role requires 5+ years in admin, real estate, development, or engineering, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Some field work may be required, including site visits. Immigration sponsorship is not available except for TN-qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years admin/real estate/engineering experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review title research and reports.
• Prepare complex land acquisition forms and paperwork.
• Understand current market value of subject land including appraisals.
• Conduct very complex negotiations with landowners to secure properties through purchase, donation, or condemnation.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and patiently with property owners.
