Job summary

Responsibilities include representing clients before boards, advising on ordinances, drafting submissions, and conducting due diligence. PA licensure is required and ongoing professional development is offered.

Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania.
At least two years of law firm experience in real estate matters.
Familiarity with Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in zoning, land development and land use matters before municipal boards and governing bodies.
Advise clients on zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and permitting requirements.
Assist with due diligence and regulatory review for real estate transactions and development projects.
Draft and review zoning applications, land development submissions, and related documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on land use and real estate issues.
Attend public hearings, municipal meetings, and client meetings.
