Qualifications

• Pursuing degree or certificate in real estate, business, urban planning, facilities management, or related field.
• Experience with planning, timeline tracking, and milestone reporting across teams.
• Ability to synthesize data and benchmarks into clear recommendations.
• Evidence of producing playbooks, process maps, or presentations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a standardization initiative establishing scalable frameworks for workplace experiences.
• Collaborate with Design, Builds, and Workplace Experience teams to streamline processes and ensure consistency.
• Support cross-functional project cycles from inception to completion with stakeholder alignment and milestones.
• Research industry trends and internal data to inform real estate strategy recommendations.
• Help develop tools, templates, and guidelines to enable teams to execute standards efficiently.
