Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Manager to join its Real Estate Valuation & Investigation Services practice. You will own engagements from kickoff to final report, managing day-to-day delivery, building core analyses, signing reports, and coaching Associates.

As a Certified General appraiser, you will deliver high-quality valuation services across diverse commercial property types and uses. Grow toward the MAI designation with firm support in a top-ranked national CPA and advisory firm.

Qualifications

• At least six years of commercial real estate valuation experience.
• Certified General Real Property Appraiser credential — active and in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and meet concurrent deadlines.
• Strong narrative report writing and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; Argus Enterprise and CoStar experience.
• Clear, confident communication with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for property inspections.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Delivery: Manage engagement scope, workplan, staffing and deadlines.
• Prepare and sign appraisal reports, reviews, and consulting reports across property types and uses.
• Build and review income, sales comparison, and cost approach analyses, incl. DCF models in Argus Enterprise or Excel.
• Lead property inspections, market research, and highest and best use analyses.
