• Oversee contracts, including memoranda of agreement.
• Administer legal matters for real estate holdings, via Leases, Concessions, Licenses, and Rights of Entry, or Easements and Land Sales/Exchanges.
• Provide transactional support for land acquisitions from contracting through closing.
