Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/real estate preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate transactions management experience.
• Ability to analyze financial data and coordinate client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing portfolio plans aligned with client real estate goals.
• Collaborate with C&W and non-C&W brokerage professionals to negotiate terms for leases, sales, subleases and purchases.
• Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications.
• Review financial analysis and oversee transaction revenue tracking.
• Coordinate broker selection, client needs, and project parameters.
• Ensure compliance with state real estate standards and support strategy execution.
